Despite me feeling I'm better at getting watercolors right, I nearly died trying to convert this picture I'm actually quite satisfied with in digital information. No photo I took looked right, all the vivid colors I spend hours to paint carefully gone with no clue about their whereabouts. I'm sure now - my cam eats colors just like every scanner. ò.ó

Ehhh... I did the sketch for this quite some time ago, at first it was planned as an digital project with a real and biiiiig background of trees and greenery. Yeah... Who is not able to do something like that with Photoshop? Excactly.
So, when I was really unhappy with the development of Korra/Mako I stumbled over the sketch, thought "srew Korra and Mako, I'll honor the good old times and finish this". And I did.

True! I still hope they show in book 2 and 3 that Makorra has severe issues... but I doubt. Mako got away wi9th being a jerk, towards his brother, towards Asami... even towards Korra. "I end this friendship when you continue to be a jerk and still consider the good Mr. Sato one of the bad guys" much...

But my hopes are not that high... still it would be important to show kids and teens that acting as a jerk (be there teen hormones or not) has its repercussions...
